Solidex registered in 2014,. We have set up die-casting workshop,polishing workshop, CNC workshop, power coating workshop, SMT workshop, plastic injection workshop, Vacuum aluminum plating workshop, assembly workshop etc in 4 years and our main products including LED sealed beam lights, LED conversion Kits , LED rear use bulbs, LED driving lights, LED Bar Lights and work Lights, LED Growing Light,LED special Lighting products  .Because of Tuffplus spares no effort on product R&D and quality control. We have already created a complete system for quality control, all producing process are strictly controlled under TS16949 system.Lots of these products have gained EMARK and DOT certification.

With 2 designers and 15 engineers, tuffplus can offer “one-stop solution” for our customers from product design, light matching, thermal simulation, CAE analysis to tooling, manufacturing and quality control. In the past 10 years,we have been designed and manufacturing for both after market and original market automotive lights.

*Welding inspection: Tin content, tin bridge, cold welding, tilting feet, tin beads, soldering after wave soldering (with plug)

*Test items : Volume, area, height, XY position, shape, etc.

*test type:More/less tin, missed print, solder paste icicles, offset, profiled, dirty, etc.
